Flipping Time - Pulling Out Those Pesky Wires

The interior is almost done. Now it is time to fair the outside. But first you have to pull out the wires. Remember all those wires? They where seated into hardened epoxy. How do you get them out? After a bit of trial and error this is what worked best. Working with my wife, I would take a soldering iron and heat up each wire. The heat would slightly melt the epoxy around the wire. I would then get some pliers on it and a leverage block and slowly pull them out. Hard work!!! But it all got done.

Next I took a plane and cut away a little bit of extra wood on the chines and started working them down into some nice rounded corners.
